Sean S. Saedi, M.D. FACP

Board certified in Internal Medicine and Bariatric Medicine, Dr. Saedi is President of Maryland Internal Medicine. He serves as a preceptor for 3rd year medical students in training as an assistant clinical Professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Saedi has served as past Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Washington Adventist Hospital. He serves on the American Board of Bariatric Medicine as a member of the certification exam committee. Dr. Saedi has been voted by his physician peers as a Washingtonian Magazine Top Doctor in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Michael E. Leibowitz, M.D., FACP

Dr. Leibowitz is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is celebrating over 40 years in private practice. He has served as past President of Medical Staff and Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Washington Adventist Hospital in Takoma Park. Dr. Leibowitz was consistently voted a Washingtonian Magazine Top doctor from 1999-2008.

Babak Kazemi Nia, M.D

Dr. Kazemi Nia is a Board Certified physician in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences – Isfahan, Iran, and he completed internal medicine residency at Capital Health Regional Medical Center – Trenton, New Jersey. He worked at different hospitals, and he has been practicing as a primary care physician since 1999. He speaks fluent English and Farsi. Dr. Kazemi Nia has teaching experience, he was a research associate at the University of Maryland Department of Medicine. In addition to his years of clinical experience, he has budding scholarly activity, which include publications and presentations locally and internationally.

A well-trained physician with years of experience in the healthcare system: who completed two years of postgraduate residency with a concentration in family medicine. A resourceful and hardworking doctor who is familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases, and health concerns both in the outpatient and hospital settings.

Chetna Kansangra, Clinical Licensed Dietitian

A Clinical Licensed Dietitian with over 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition, having graduated from Cardiff University in 1995. Over the past three decades, She has witnessed—and adapted to—tremendous advancements in nutrition science and its application in clinical practice. Her career has spanned both the UK and the USA, enhancing her perspective and deepening her expertise in evidence-based nutrition care.

Mrs. Robin Murray FNP-C

Mrs. Murray is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with over 18 years of clinical experience across a broad spectrum of specialties, including primary care, endocrinology, comprehensive women’s health, and osteoporosis management. Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, she is deeply committed to preventive care and patient education, empowering individuals to take charge of their health through informed, collaborative decision-making. Throughout her career, she has worked in both outpatient and specialty care settings, gaining valuable expertise in managing chronic conditions, conducting wellness exams, and providing tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient. Outside of her clinical work, Mrs. Murray is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles. She enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and staying active with her family. A true crime podcast enthusiast, she finds balance between her professional and personal life through fitness, and time spent outdoors. She is proud to be married and is the mother of three wonderful children, who keep her both grounded and inspired.

Orchid Mesias, FNP-C

Mrs. Mesias is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Brandman University in California. She brings over a decade of diverse nursing experience across various hospital settings, including the Medical-Surgical Unit and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). A proud military brat and spouse, Mrs. Mesias has lived and practiced in California, Georgia, Singapore, and South Korea. As her husband nears the end of his military career, she looks forward to establishing roots in Maryland with their three children and three cats. In her free time, Mrs.Mesias enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching movies, shopping, attending her children’s activities, and cooking alongside her husband.
